It is a Capitol Theatre requirement that all personnel onsite have received a site safety induction. No one may access or use the workshop unless they have been inducted to the site and the workshop. Please read our Workshop User Guide.

Everyone who attends the theatre is required to comply with our Conditions of Entry.
Our functions package document provides hospitality options and pricing for all your production functions including opening night. Our functions team are on hand to help and can be contacted at functions@foundationtheatres.com.au
Once you are set up in OnLocation, we will provide you with a URL to a dashboard so you can always see who is in the building from any device. Amy Dove will be in contact to set up who you would like to see on this Dashboard.
Capitol Theatre patrons, cast, and crew can receive discounted parking for $12 at Market City Car Park. Please make sure you validate your parking ticket at Stage Door or the Box Office prior to leaving the theatre.
Around the theatre, you will notice signage with a QR code that can be used to report issues such as cleaning and maintenance. The system is set up so that pending what category you select, the correct people will be automatically notified. Of course, if the matter is an emergency, you should still call the Tech on Duty or Stage Door.
Our theatres use software called OnLocation to manage entry and exit to the theatres. To set up your company within the software, Amy Dove will be in contact with your Company Manager.
Theatre induction will be automatically sent to all your staff through OnLocation. Once sent, we can run you a report to show who has successfully completed their induction. For all questions relating to Induction, please contact Amy Dove.

Producers and Ticketing Managers will be given access to TM1, Ticketmaster’s online portal where you can manage pricing and inventory, as well as analyse sales trends and patterns. This is a wonderful piece of software to help you maximize your sales and yield and we highly recommend that you utilize its tools. If you are not familiar with the site, please let us know and we can arrange for someone from Ticketmaster to take you through the features.
