Shen Yun 2020

COVID-19 UPDATE
You may have seen that the Australian Government has mandated a restriction on static mass gatherings of 500 or more people. Out of an abundance of caution we regret to advise that scheduled performances of Shen Yun at the Capitol Theatre from 18-22 March 2020 have been cancelled in an effort to help limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
All ticket holders for these performances will receive a refund as outlined below.

If your tickets were purchased from Ticketmaster using a credit card, you will receive a refund back onto your card of the full purchase price. We will process your refund immediately, however this may take up to ten (10) business days to appear in your account.

If your tickets were purchased from Ticketmaster using cash or EFTPOS, please return to your point of purchase with your tickets for this performance to exchange your tickets for another performance or receive a refund of the full purchase price. Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat time do I need to arrive before a show?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the performance starts – or earlier if you would like to enjoy a drink in one of the theatre’s licensed bars.
What if I'm late and the performance has started?
Live theatre has a ‘lock-out’ policy; a period after the curtain goes up when late-comers are not permitted to enter the auditorium. Lock-out periods are set by the production and vary from show to show. Patrons arriving late will be admitted when there’s a suitable break in the performance.
